I Kvetch Therefore I Am
If there’s one thing we Jews know how to do, it’s kvetch. And if there’s ever been a better time to kvetch, we can’t think of it. Let the world know you’ve got something to say and the words Hunky Dory aren’t part of it.
Some words and phrases from other cultures just find their way naturally into our common language and become familiar expressions. We’ve identified several that absolutely share our feelings about this year so we put them on our T-Shirts and Tanks. See if your friends or family know what “Oy Vey” (Oh, woe is me), “Tsuris” (trouble), “Kvetch” (complain), “Mishegoss” (craziness) and “Shpilkes” (nervous) mean. We’ll be adding more designs in the near future. If you have a suggestion, send it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
